Cawcliffe was founded by Will Todd, an engineer with over two decades of experience in energy strategy, smart building technology, and site operations across complex estates.
Having previously founded, scaled, and successfully exited Carbon Architecture, Will established Cawcliffe to provide specialist engineering and strategic advisory without corporate overhead or vendor bias. We work directly with leadership teams across the NHS, brewing, dairy, and manufacturing sectors to tackle climate risk, reduce operational utility costs, and deliver pragmatic net zero roadmaps.
The company name is a personal nod to Cawcliffe Drive, where Will grew up.
